Freezing grapes make a tasty treat for when you get that sweet urge.

They are classified as having a Low glycemic index ( GI)


Frozen grapes can replace chocolates, biscuits, and sweets that are normally a temptation when you have a sweet tooth. For a healthy after-dinner treat, place a few frozen grapes into a small glass for each person. It makes such a refreshing finishing touch and it’s healthy, tasty and – there is no need for an after dinner mint when there’s an after dinner grape.
